Jesse B. Foerster (b. 1970, Frankfurt, Germany) is a German-American-Japanese music producer, DJ, label founder, and visual artist. He first gained recognition in the 1990s as co-founder of the label Overdose, which became internationally recognized for its charting club hits and innovative electronic sound. Collaborations include Nina Hagen, Afrika Islam, Tyree Cooper, Vanessa-Mae, and Malcolm McLaren.

Raised between Miami, New York, and Frankfurt, his path led from breakdancing in early-1980s New York to spinning records in GI clubs and European hip-hop jams, and eventually to founding record labels that helped shape 1990s club culture. Since 2010, Foerster has focused on photography, visual art, and media—developing a style he calls hyperreality or post-digital surrealism.
